Baby Bump Update – Week 25

Another good week, I’m definitely enjoying this 2nd trimester and I hope my 3rd will go just as smooth!

  • How far along: 25 weeks
  • Baby size: Zucchini

  • Total weight gain: 16.2 lbs
  • Stretch marks? None, so far. Yeah!!
  • Sleep: Overall I still sleep really good, but this week I had 2 nights in a row bad calf cramps. They hurt soo bad! I was sore for 2 days afterwards. I started to eat bananas for magnesium and so far so good.
  • Best moment this week: meeting my running ladies for a secret santa (gift exchange) – we had a blast!
  • Worst moment this week: cramps
  • Miss anything? running! It’s been a while that I ran and in the beginning it didn’t bother me, but I start to miss it. I’m already thinking about my comeback and races in 2014.
  • Movement: I start feeling the little one more and more. Yesterday was the first time it hurt and I could see my belly moving when she kicked.
  • Food cravings: No cravings, but my appetite definitely increased last week. I eat way more sweets than I did before.
  • Anything making you queasy or sick: nope! I’m super lucky! I never felt sick or nauseous so far.
  • Gender: GIRL
  • Labor signs: none
  • Symptoms: calf cramps – so painful! And a head cold :(
  • Belly button in or out? in, no changes yet
  • Wedding rings on or off? on
  • Happy or moody most of the time: mostly happy
  • How daddy feels: feeling good, got his old project back and is way more relaxed!
  • Purchases: not this week. We bought most of the Christmas gifts for our family though.
  • Looking forward to: being off work next week!
  • and here comes the bump:
