is January 1, 2013! Can you believe that? I just found out by accident and I’m kind of shocked. Where did 2012 go? If you are like me and you have many goals for each year, you might want to do a review and check in where you stand. Time is just flying by!
Since the marathon last Sunday I started to think about new goals and races I want to achieve in the future. Goals are my best motivator (besides buying cute workout clothes). I have a list of things for 2013, but then I was wondering, what do I want to do this year?
I’m planning on running a half marathon each month for the remainder of the year. That is great and I’m excited.
I always complain not doing any strength workout. Months back I bought Supreme 90 days in hope to incorporate more strength training in my running routine. I heard it is similar to P90X but with shorter workouts. Honestly, since I bought the set I didn’t even try one single video! So sad!
