This month’s challenge is to do 400 push ups. Let’s break it down, it’s only 100 push ups per week and less than 15 a day. You can do 5 in the morning, 5 at lunch and 5 at night, and you will finish a great challenge plus you are a step closer to an awesome beach body!

I’ve been getting in 20 push-ups a day with mixing styles. Girli way, man way and triangle push-ups. Those are tough! Can only squeak out a few of those.
