1. February Challenge: Push-Ups
The goal for February is to do 400 push-ups and I have to say I’m doing better than expected! On Feb 1 I was not able to do 1 real push-up. I just laid flat…
So I started to do push-ups on my knees and tried here and there a real push-up. After 1 week I was able to do 5 real push-ups a day. Yeah! After 2 weeks I was able to do 25 REAL push-ups! I did 2x a set of 10 and then a set of 5 with about 1 minutes between each set. I was so proud! I never thought I would be able to do that, especially in only 3 weeks! Yeah!! I’m down 300 and 100 to do and I have 1 more week.
2. March Challenge: Plank
Next month is plank time!! The goal is to do 100 minutes of planks in March. I’m a little scared as well, but after conquering the push-up challenge, I feel I can do that as well as! I’m also hoping to keep doing the push-ups. Those are so quick, maybe 1-2 minutes daily and I definitely can see an improvement.
3. Got some company
My boyfriend is not into running but he started to join me for the push-ups and will join me for the plank challenge. Love it!

Let me know if you find an app.Last year I signed up for plank-a-day challenge and my husband and son joined me. It was great. A little competition is fun and sometimes we ended up laughing so hard none of us could hold the plank
That's awesome, you've really improved. This challenge for the push ups has been great for me as well. I can tell an improvement as well and could do more in a row than I could before. The planks next month kind of scare me. 1 minute holding a plank and I'm ready to be done!

nice job! I always neglect to do strength training but I know how important it is. I definitely want to join you in the plank challenge!
