100x Challenge: Push Ups in February – Are You In?

The 100x Challenge is going great. The January challenge of running 100k is almost over and it looks like many of you finished it! Congrats!!

The feedback I received so far is amazing!! Thanks everybody for participating and I’m sooo happy this challenge helps you to stay motivated!!

But hey, there is no rest! Now it’s time for some strength training!! 
Are you ready for some push-ups?

In February we will do 100 push-ups per week (= 400 push-ups for the month). The way you do the push-ups is all up to you. You can do real push ups

Please track your progress in the excel sheet. Everybody who finishes this challenge will be entered in a drawing for a prize! 

Each month is an independent challenge. So, if you don’t feel like participating one month, try again the following month. 

If you didn’t join the challenge yet, no problem. Just email me Christine(at)dreamBIGrunner(dot)com and I will send you the link to the tracking sheet. We always accept new members, the more the better!!

  1. Push ups intimidate me, but I'm in!! I want to do them "man style," but we will see. The 100x challenge has been fun. I have enjoyed logging my runs on the spreadsheet. Great motivation!!
